The Future of Food
– How to enable food transformation, an example from Switzerland
Prof. Brombach presents the “Klimatopf Cookbook,” which is based on the principles of the Planetary Health Diet. Originally published in German in April 2024, the book is now available in its second edition.
The book is not aimed at scientists analyzing the impact of culinary practices on the environment and public health. Instead, it emphasizes flavor, easy-to-make recipes, and the joy of cooking. However, all recommendations are grounded in scientific evidence, and scientific methods were used to assess the recipes’ effects on both human health and the environment.
